UpCountry Clearance Product Disclaimer:
1. All Clearance items are sold as-is and are a final sale. There are no refunds,
exchanges, or credits provided once the item is purchased.
2. UpCountry does not warranty floor models, clearance, or supplier discontinued
product. Items may be discolored, faded, or worn on spots as it has been a
showroom display model.
3. It is the customer’s responsibility for inspecting the product in store before
purchasing and is required to sign off on UpCountry’s Terms & Conditions at time
of purchase. The customer must also ensure the product will fit in the intended
living space, this includes doorways, stairwells, and entrance openings.
4. The customer is responsible for making arrangements for the delivery or pick
up at the store location. All sold clearance items must be removed from the store
premises within one (1) week maximum. UpCountry does not accept pick ups on
Sundays.
5. Clearance floor models are first come, first serve. UpCountry will not reserve
clearance merchandise for more than 24 hours. Please contact the UpCountry
store location (Downtown Toronto, Castlefield, or Burlington) to confirm
availability and quantity.
